Who I Am

Hi, I’m Gabrielle!

I fell in love with piano at 9, was performing at Charleston’s Piccolo Spoleto Festival by 16, and later moved to New York City, where I taught, performed, and collaborated on music production with other artists.

Now based in Honolulu, I help both kids and adults learn piano in a fun, creative, and modern way. I offer in-person lessons locally and online lessons to students around the world!

Who I Am
WHY I TEACH

With over 10 years of experience teaching piano, I’ve seen how music can boost confidence, spark creativity, and build focus—for both kids and adults.

I aim to make learning fun and engaging from the very first lesson. Whether you're a parent looking to nurture your child’s musical side or an adult picking up piano for the first time (or the first time in years), I meet you where you are and help you grow in the styles and songs you love.

Above all, I want music to be something my students enjoy, feel proud of, and carry with them for life.

WHY I TEACH
HOW I TEACH

My lessons focus on helping students understand how music works—not just memorize notes. I take a modern, well-rounded approach that goes beyond heavy notation to build real, lasting musical skills.

Within a few weeks, your child will learn:

I work with both kids and adults who are curious about music and excited to explore it creatively. Whether you're a total beginner or have some experience under your belt, you're welcome here!

I offer piano lessons locally in Honolulu or online from anywhere—so you can learn in the way that works best for you.
